Small Group Training (SGT)
A 30 or 45 minutes express class in the gym with a personal trainer.

Yogalates
Yogalates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates.

Body Balance
Inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates. A holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony & balance. 

Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Clubbercise
A dance fitness routine performed with glow sticks, blue lights and disco lights. A gold coin donation is required to hire glow sticks, or can be purchased from instructor.

Abs n Booty
Targeting the abs and butt. Clear and direct moves to tone and strengthen.

Abs
Its all about those abs.
Body Combat
Martial arts inspired cardio. A fiercely energetic program which will get you striking, punching & kicking your way through the class. 

Boxnig
Boxing combinations, cardio drills & high intensity exercises that will give you a flat out, full body workout. 

Body Pump
A weights based resistance training program that challenges all of your major muscle groups

U-JAM
An athletic hip-hop dance fitness workout. 

Body Blitz
A high calorie burning class, with a different focus each week 

Stretch
This combination class focuses on improving your flexibility. 

Yoga
Stretches, strengthens, invigorates & enlivens the body, mind & spirit. 

Metafit
Metafit is a 30 minute style of HIIT and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. 

Frunky Fit
A high intensity, fun, upbeat, motivating class aimed at building strength & stamina .

Bar Class
This class is low to medium impact but medium to high intensity. It uses barbells, hand held weights & body weight to improve strength through a variety of resistance exercises. 

Stay on Your Feet
A low to medium intensity class designed to improve your balance, strength, stamina, flexibility and postural alignment.
 
Strength 4 Life Fitness Session
A COTA initiative aimed at enabling Over 50's access to regulated, supervised strength training in a typical fitness setting (bookings required).
