Each year we host the Be Active 6 Week Challenge with exercise and nutrition plans that have helped members in transforming their bodies and achieved amazing results.
The Be Active 6-week training program offers you personal training sessions each week ensuring that members are reaching their fitness and nutrition goals.
We understand that your goals are as unique as you are, so whether you're on a mission to lose weight, break a fitness plateau, prepare for a fitness competition or simply adopt some healthier habits.
This 6-week training program will equip you with the tools and support you need to not only achieve results, but maintain them too! What you recieve:
- Access to the Be Active 6-week challenge nutrition portal
- A 6-week meal plan
- Personal training sessions
- Group support
- Access to MYZONE heart rate monitors
- Before and after photos and measurements to track your progress
- Two consultations before and at the end of your challenge
BEGin Fitness Program
We are here to support you and set you on the path for success to achieve your goals. Our qualified and experienced Fitness Professionals will be here to help you stay motivated, provide advice, and regularly check-in so you are gaining the most from your Health, Fitness and Wellbeing journey with us.
Here are the details of our complimentary three appointments in your first 30 days:
Appointment 1 - Beginning (1 hour duration)
From the Beginning we will take the time to understand your goals, your motivations and your reasons to change. We will build a baseline to measure and map our progress and develop a personalised gym program designed and demonstrated to you.
Appointment 2 - Check-In (30 minutes duration)
Your Check-in is the appointment which will take place approximately two weeks after your Beginning appoinment. Here, we will focus on how you are finding your personalised program and where we can make any changes.
Appointment 3 - Benefits (1 hour duration)
In your third appointment, we will revisit your Beginning baseline markers and review how we have progressed in the initial 30 days and the Benefits you have gained. This is a great time to keep things going, or add some variety into your program.
